What’s my size?
Generally we advise you to buy your PRE-PREGNANT size.
Styles have been cut to allow for your changing shape but should fit the following approximate figure measurements. Similar to the designs you are use to, each garment measurements vary according to the designer. Generally, we follow the size chart below. However, some lines do run differently and this will be noted on that specific item(s) or you can call our belly experts and we can help you to determine the best size/fit for your growing belly!
Size 0-2 = XS; Size 2-4 = Small; Size 6-8 = Medium; Size 8-10 = Large; Size 10-12 = XL
Lengths are calculated from under the waistband on skirts, nape of neck to hem on dresses and inside leg on trousers and shorts.
Generally most long pants have an inseam of 32 inches; many of the designer denim, however, have an inseam that goes to 35.
When do I need to buy maternity clothes?
That just depends…every belly is different. Some pop early and others hide away for several months. But you want is comfortable clothes, so don’t be uncomfortable when you don’t have to be. Remember, there’s no reason to buy your entire wardrobe in week 15, but rather, buy in spurts or as your body changes shape. There are many styles of pants and tops that will fit you throughout your pregnancy and little tricks to altering your wardrobe while during and after pregnancy to ensure ...
